St. Matthew's Tool Library
The Tool Library is a St. Matthew’s ministry designed to serve parishioners and non-parishioners by providing them access to tools for basic home and yard maintenance, automotive upkeep and repair, and other projects around the home. We have hundreds of tools available for checkout at no cost. Our goals are to share with our neighbors, save patrons from the costs associated with purchasing tools ,and reduce waste. The Tool Library helps St. Matthew's Episcopal Church fulfill its mission of community outreach and environmental stewardship. Tools can be picked up during church hours or by appointment. Volunteers for ongoing tool repair and maintenance are always needed.

Tool Wish List
Things to avoid are items that are not durable or made to hold up to high usage. The library seeks to focus on acquiring more durable and repairable items that can be reused over and over. Items to avoid are those that are dangerous (e.g. chainsaws), need a lot of maintenance or calibration between each use, or that need—and can be difficult—to clean between every use.
